    How the consistency check works

    1. Read the browser environment

Browser, system, device, time zone, language, and graphics details are read on this page; the exit country is the one most sites’ traces see (as in the DNS Location Check), the exit addresses come from this site’s trace and public echo services, and the WebRTC public address from STUN servers.

    2. Cross-check the signals

Browser identity and UA-CH, system platform, touch, time zone and UTC offset, WebGL renderer, and automation signals are checked against each other, then whether the time zone belongs to the exit country and whether WebRTC exposes an address other than the exit; the preferred language region is shown for reference.

    3. Score the consistency

The score runs to 100; checks that disagree with your exit or other environment signals lose points. A check without an exit or WebRTC address takes nothing off.

    Reading the result

    • 80–100 High consistencyBrowser, system, and device signals are consistent.
    • 60–79 Some differencesA few browser, system, or device details differ.
    • 0–59 Clear conflictsBrowser, system, or device details contain clear conflicts.

    Frequently asked questions

    What is a browser fingerprint?

A browser fingerprint combines environment details visible to a webpage, including the browser, system, device, time zone, language, and graphics rendering. These are read on this page; the exit and WebRTC checks request this site, the sites’ traces and public echo services.

    Why check environment consistency?

It lists the environment visible to a webpage, checks whether the browser, system, time zone, touch, graphics, and automation signals agree, and compares them with the exit country and WebRTC address. Sites often use these signals to judge whether a visit comes from a genuine local environment.

What should I change when the time zone and exit region differ?

The browser takes its time zone from the system settings. To make them agree, set the system time zone to one in the exit’s country or region, or use an exit where you are; then run the check again.

Why can the score change between checks?

The score can change when browser identity or UA-CH, system platform, touch state, time zone or UTC offset, WebGL renderer, automation signals, or the exit and WebRTC addresses change. The same signals and scoring version produce the same score.
